【摘要】 目的分析血流感染患者中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)与降钙素原(PCT)的相关性。方法收集31例血流感染患者,比较患者入院时、疾病高峰期NLR、PLR、PCT与CRP的相关性,并比较不同病原菌类型入院时感染生物标志物之间的差异性。结果 Pearson相关分析显示,入院时,NLR与PCT间呈正相关性(r=0.72,P<0.05),PLR、CRP与PCT未见明显相关性(r分别=0.17、0.12,P均>0.05)。疾病高峰期时,NLR与PLR呈正相关性(r=0.68,P<0.05),PLR、CRP与PCT未见明显相关性(r分别=0.17、0.08,P均>0.05)。革兰染色阳性菌组患者PCT、NLR明显低于革兰染色阴性菌组患者,差异均有统计学意义(W分别=47.23、49.23,P均<0.05),两组的CRP、PLR比较,差异均无统计学意义(t=-0.71,W=76.84,P均>0.05)。结论血流感染患者的病情发展过程中,NLR均与PCT保持良好的正相关性,NLR与PCT对于病原体革兰染色类型均具有良好鉴别意义,可作为辅助诊断血流感染较好的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in patients with bloodstream infection.Methods Thirty-one patients with bloodstream infections were included,and the correlation between NLR,PLR,PCT and CRP at the time of admission and at the peak of the disease were compared,and the differences in infection biomarkers of different pathogen types at admission were compared.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that at admission,NLR was positively correlated with PCT(r=0.72,P<0.05).PLR,CRP were not significantly correlated with PCT(r=0.17,0.12,P>0.05).At the peak of the disease,NLR was positively correlated with PLR(r=0.68,P<0.05).PLR,CRP were not significant correlated with PCT(r=0.17,0.08,P>0.05).The PCT and NLR of the gram-positive bacteria group were significantly lower than those of the gram-negative bacteria group,the differences were statistically significant(W=47.23,49.23,P<0.05).There were no significant difference in CRP and PLR between two group(t=-0.71,W=76.84,P>0.05).Conclusion During the development of bloodstream infection patients,both NLR and PCT have a positive correlation.NLR and PCT have distinguishing significance for the type of pathogen gram stain,and can be used as a efficacious indicator for auxiliary diagnosis of bloodstream infection.更多还原
