分子系统发育分析中的物种选择规则
Species selection equations of molecular phylogenetic analysis
【摘要】 数学上推导了二物种类群体系、三物种类群体系和四物种类群体系的物种选择规则,使替代公式引入的总体误差取最小值是物种选择规则的原理.
【Abstract】 The species selection equations of two-clades system, three-clades system and four-clades system were deduced mathematically.To minimize the overall errors introduced by replace equation is the key to obtain species selection equations.
