高强韧铸造铝合金的研究进展

【摘要】 铸造铝合金因其优异的综合性能在汽车、航空航天等领域得到了广泛应用,经济的飞速发展使得各个行业对铸造铝合金的强度、韧性等提出了更高的要求。随着环保概念逐渐深入人心,轻量化时代到来,铸造铝合金也迎来了更加广阔的发展空间,国内外相关科技人员对其进行了大量的研究。作者主要综述了不同体系高强韧铸造铝合金的研究现状,介绍了优化合金成分、调控合金组织等提高铸造铝合金强韧性的方法,并对高强韧铸造铝合金未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Cast aluminum alloys have been widely used in automotive, aerospace and other fields due to its excellent comprehensive properties. Various industries have put forward higher requirements for the strength and toughness of cast aluminum alloys because of the rapid economic development. More focus on the environmental protection and the approaching of the lightweight era will provide wider development space for cast aluminum alloy. Domestic and foreign researchers have conducted numerous studies on it. The paper reviews the research status of different series of cast aluminum alloys with high strength and toughness, describes the methods of improving the strength and toughness of aluminum alloys such as optimization of alloy composition and adjustment of alloy structure, and prospects the development trend of the cast aluminum alloy with high strength and toughness.
