结合慕课与“三位一体”实验教学平台的生物化学探究性实验教学

【摘要】 生物化学探究性实验教学环节的开展,可极大强化培养学生的自主学习能力、创新意识和创新能力。论文以"典型生化产品的开发与探索"这类生物化学探究性实验为例,探讨了如何借助慕课平台及"三位一体"实验教学平台的构建来开展探究性实验教学。学生在线上借助慕课平台进行探究性学习,设计并确定实验方案后,通过专业实验室、实习基地及科研实验室三类实验场所的有机融合,结合相应指导老师的紧密配合,构建"三位一体"的实验保障体系,为探究性实验的开展提供有效保障。通过该教学案例的实施,可锻炼创新型人才的独立自主学习能力、实践动手能力,激发其科研创新精神。

【Abstract】 Students’ autonomous learning ability,innovative consciousness and innovative ability could be greatly enhanced by the implementation of biochemistry exploratory experimental teaching. Using "the development and exploration of typical biochemical products " as an example,the authors in this article discuss how to implement exploratory experimental teaching with the assistance of MOOC and the " three-in-one" experimental teaching. With the use of MOOC as a platform, first, students were engaged in online exploratory learning. After designing and determining experiment plans,then,students under the guidance of their teachers experienced integrated activities in professional laboratories,practice bases and research laboratories. As such,a"Three-in-one"experimental guarantee system was constructed,thus providing effective guarantee for teachers to conduct exploratory experimental teaching.The implementation of such type of teaching proved that students’ autonomous learning ability,practical skills and scientific innovative spirit were improved.
