多部门联动构建高校特招生精准学业提升的教学模式研究与实践

【摘要】 以福州大学特招生为研究对象,刘敏榕工作室及台港澳学生工作室、学生主管部门、数学公共基础课教学研究中心、导学志愿者服务队多部门协同联动开展教学模式研究,提出了"混合大班+专题小班+因材施教+智慧工具辅助"的创新精准学业提升教学模式。最后通过教学模式的成效分析及实证分析,表明该模式有助于激发特招生的内在学习动机,有效提升学习成绩,大幅改善教学效果,为高校特招生教学和管理的纵深推进提供了切实可行的实践支撑。

【Abstract】 With the increase of the number of special students,the contradiction between the number and quality of higher education students has become increasingly prominent. The author,taking the special students of Fuzhou University as research subjects,studied the coordinated teaching of different departments and offices,including Liu Minrong Studio,Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao Students Studio,Student Work Department,Mathematics Public Basic Course Teaching and Research Center,and volunteers for guiding special students,and put forward an innovative and accurate teaching mode of "mixed large class + special small class + individualized teaching + intelligent tool assistance". Effectiveness and practicability analyses of the teaching mode show that the new method can help to stimulate the intrinsic learning motivation of the special students,improve their learning performance,better the teaching outcome,and provide some practical support for the promotion of the teaching and management of the special students in colleges and universities.
