【摘要】 提升高校专利成果的转化率,助推专利成果价值的实现,是我国高校升其服务社会功能的体现。目前我国高校存在专利成果缺乏市场导向、专利成果转化方式单一、利益分配不均抑制专利成果转化热情、专利成果转化的专业性不足等问题,有必要参考欧美国家的法律规范完备、转化部门权责统一、注重发挥产学研优势等做法,在把握专利成果的市场导向性、加强各方主体协同运作、优化利益分配机制、提升专利成果转化的专业性、完善价值评估体系等方面采取有效措施,重塑专利成果转化模式,破除我国高校专利成果转化瓶颈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the conversion rate of patent achievements and boosting the realization of the value of patent achievements are the embodiment of improving the social service function of Chinese universities.At present，there are some problems in China’s universities;for example，the patents are not market-oriented，the mode of patent achievement transformation is monotonous，the distribution of benefits inhibiting enthusiasm for patent achievement transformation is uneven，and patent achievement transformation is not professional.It is necessary to refer to the complete legal norms，the unification of power and responsibility of transformation departments and giving full play to the advantages of industry，universities and research of European and American countries.In order to reshape the model of patent achievements transformation and break the bottleneck of patent achievement transformation in Chinese universities，effective measures should be taken to grasp the market orientation of patent achievement，strengthen the cooperative operation of all parties，optimize the mechanism of benefit distribution，enhance the professionalism of patent achievement transformation and perfect the value of patent achievements evaluation system.更多还原
