氮掺杂石墨烯的制备及其在重金属离子检测中的应用
Preparation of Nitrogen-doped Graphene and Its Application in Heavy Metal Ions Detection
【摘要】 以尿素为前驱体,通过热退火的方式制备了氮掺杂石墨烯,通过调节尿素的比例,制备了不同氮含量的氮掺杂石墨烯,并探究了其在重金属离子检测方面的应用。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、元素分析(EA)对材料进行了表征,采用各种电化学方法测试了电化学检测镉离子(Cd2+)、铅离子(Pb2+)、铜离子(Cu2+)性能,实验结果表明:尿素与氧化石墨烯比例为5∶1制备的氮掺杂石墨烯,检测重金属离子具有较好的灵敏度,最低可检测2.0 nmol·L-1 Cd2+、0.1 nmol·L-1 Pb2+和1.2 nmol·L-1 Cu2+。
【Abstract】 In this paper, nitrogen-doped graphene was prepared by thermal annealing by using urea as the precursor. By adjusting the ratio of urea, nitrogen-doped graphene with different nitrogen content was prepared, and its application in the detection of heavy metal ions was explored. The materials were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD,FT-IR, XPS and elemental analysis, etc. And the electrochemical properties of cadmium(Cd2+), lead(Pb2+) and copper(Cu2+) were tested by various electrochemical methods. The results show that the nitrogen-doped graphene has a high sensitivity of heavy metal ions detection when the ratio of urea to graphene oxide is 5∶1, and the limit of detection are 2.0 nmol·L-1 Cd2+, 0.1 nmol·L-1 Pb2+ and 1.2 nmol·L-1 Cu2+.
