微热再生吸附系统性能优化的实验研究
Performance Optimization Analysis of Micro Heat Regeneration Adsorption System
【摘要】 针对微热再生吸附系统吸附周期切换时吹冷时间不足,塔内吸附剂温度得不到及时冷却,导致在吸附工作压力不变的情况下吸附性能下降及出口露点温度波动较大的问题,本文利用温度采集仪对吸附塔塔壁温度进行监测,在出口处布置露点仪对成品气露点温度进行监测。测量结果表明,保持加热时间和加热温度不变,延长600~900s的吹冷时间,能够有效降低露点温度的波动;保持吹冷时间不变,降低加热温度并减少加热时间,能够减小最低和最高空气露点温度的差值。研究结果表明,出口空气露点温度波动是由于吸附塔切换时塔内吸附剂的温度过高,因此降低两吸附塔切换时的吸附剂的温度可以提高吸附剂的工作性能。该研究在固体吸附干燥领域得到了广泛的应用。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems of insufficient cooling time during the adsorption cycle switching of micro thermal regeneration adsorption system,and the adsorbent temperature in the tower being not cooled in time,which leads to the decline of adsorption performance and the large fluctuation of outlet dew point temperature under the condition of constant adsorption working pressure,the temperature acquisition instrument is used to monitor the wall temperature of the adsorption tower,and the dew point instrument is arranged at the outlet to monitor the dew point temperature of the product gas Line monitoring.The measurement results show that keeping the heating time and temperature unchanged,while extending the cooling time of 600~900 scan effectively reduce the fluctuation of dew point temperature;keeping the cooling time unchanged,while reducing the heating temperature and heating time can reduce the difference between the minimum and maximum air dew point temperature.The results show that the dew point temperature fluctuation of the outlet air is due to the high temperature of the adsorbent in the tower during the switching of the adsorption tower,so reducing the temperature of the adsorbent during the switching of the two adsorption towers can improve the working performance of the adsorbent.This study has been widely used in the field of solid adsorption drying.
