基于电机电流检测的乘用车车门控制模块设计
Design of Door Control Module Based on Motor Current Detection
【摘要】 针对乘用车车门控制系统中对减少线束影响、降低车门控制系统成本和提高系统智能化水平的要求,提出了一种基于S32K142芯片的智能分布式车门控制系统解决方案。文中对系统硬件电路进行了设计和选型,并探讨了设计的合理性;对软件算法进行了模块化设计,使整个系统功能清晰简洁;最后对模块几个重要功能进行测试验证。结果表明:基于S32K142芯片的智能分布式车门控制系统能够达到预期的设计目标,提高了其智能化水平,验证了该控制系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce the influence of wiring harness, reduce the cost of door control system and improve the intelligent level of the system, an intelligent distributed door control system solution based on S32 K142 chip was proposed.The hardware circuit of the system was designed and selected, and the rationality of the design was discussed.The software algorithm was modularized to make the function of the whole system clear and concise.Several important functions of the module were tested and verified.The results show that the intelligent distributed door control system based on S32 K142 chip can achieve the expected goal of the design, improve its intelligent level, and verify the feasibility of the control system.
