【摘要】 [目的/意义]通过分析《国家情报法》法律文本内部的逻辑关系,构建出一个逻辑意义上的模型和框架,既能够使这部法律的内涵和精神更加充分的体现出来,同时也对分析其他类似的法律法规起到借鉴和参考,还能够为在现实中将模型进行实现奠定了基础。[方法/过程]从《国家情报法》的法律文本入手,对文本内容进行必要的处理之后,采用R语言中的软件包计算文本之中包含的最优主题数目,同时采用Java版的LDA主题模型对文本进行主题识别,结合每个主题中包含的主要词汇进行主题的标签化,最后对各个主题进行分析。[结果/结论]《国家情报法》法律内部各部分之间的逻辑关系较为紧密,能够很好的体现以"国家领导"为核心的工作原则和"民本性""民族性"的工作理念,同时也为分析其他法律提供启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the logical relationship within the legal text of National Intelligence Law and construct a logical model and framework,which can not only make the connotation and spirit of this law more fully reflected,but also can be used as a reference for the analysis of other similar laws and regulations,and even also lay the foundation for the realization of the model in reality. [Method/process] The paper starts from the legal text of National Intelligence Law,after necessary processing of the text content,uses the software package in the R language to calculate the optimal number of topics included in the text,and also uses the Java version of the LDA topic model to recognize the texts’ topics,then combines the main vocabulary contained in each topic to label the topic,finally analyzes each topic.[Result/conclusion] The logical relationship between various parts of the law of National Intelligence Law is relatively close,which can well reflect the working principle with"national leadership"as the core and the working philosophy of"people-oriented"and"nationality",and also provides inspiration for the analysis of other laws.更多还原
