【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to make up for the deficiency of the existing patent value evaluation methods in evaluating high value patents,so as to make the patent value evaluation system more comprehensive. [Method/process]The paper analyzes the main factors influencing the premium of high value patents,and builds a comprehensive value model for single high value patent evaluation by quantifying the technical quality parameters of the comprehensive value of high value patents,and the basic value parameters and comprehensive control parameters of the patents.
