高血压患者CA-IMT和心血管危险因素聚集的关联性分析
Correlation between carotid artery intima-media thickness and aggregation of cardiovascular risk factors in hypertensive patients
【摘要】 目的分析高血压患者颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(CA-IMT)和心血管危险因素聚集的关联性,为防治高血压病提供参考依据。方法选取蚌埠市第三人民医院于2021年1月至5月就诊的高血压患者100例,根据CA-IMT检测结果分为A、B两组,CA-IMT<0.9 mm(A组)57例,CA-IMT≥0.9 mm(B组)43例;进行心血管危险因素分析,对比两组检测结果的差异性;应用Spearman分析法分析CA-IMT与心血管危险因素的相关性。结果对两组患者的收缩压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿酸、C反应蛋白等指标进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且经Spearman分析,上述指标与CA-IMT间均存在明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者CA-IMT和心血管危险因素聚集存在明显关联,CA-IMT增厚提示心血管疾病的发生风险提高。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between carotid artery intima-media thickness(CA-IMT and aggregation of cardiovascular risk factors in hypertensive patients, and provide reference evidence for preventing and treating hypertension. Methods Hypertensive patients(n=100) were chosen from the Third People’ Hospital of Bengbu City from Jan. 2021 to May 2021, and divided, according to detection results of CA-IMT, into group A(CA-IMT<0.9 mm, n=57) and group B(CA-IMT≥0.9 mm, n=43). The cardiovascular risk factors were analyzed,and difference in detection results was compared in 2 groups. The correlation between CA-IMT and cardiovascular risk factors was analyzed by using Spearman analysis method. Results The comparison in systolic blood pressure(SBP), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2-hPBG), glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc), blood uric acid(BUA)and C-reactive protein showed statistical significance between 2 groups(all P<0.05). The results of Spearman analysis showed that there was significantly positive correlation between CA-IMT and all above indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion CA-IMT is significantly correlated to aggregation of cardiovascular risk factors in hypertensive patients, and CA-IMT thickening suggests that risk of cardiovascular diseases is becoming higher.
