超声虚拟仿真教学系统在后疫情阶段超声诊断学见习课堂的应用价值

【摘要】 目的探讨基于超声虚拟仿真教学系统在后疫情阶段超声诊断学见习课堂教学中的应用价值。方法将在北京中医药大学东方医院进行超声诊断见习教学的中西医结合研究生均70人,分为运用基于超声虚拟仿真教学系统见习教学法(实验组)和传统见习法(对照组),两组以期末读图考试成绩及期末调查满意度表,检验授课效果。结果课后教学满意度调查表评估,教学形式新颖、接受度高;教学内容丰富、易于理解;提高见习课堂学习主动性;增强知识的趣味性;提高动手操作能力,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组满意度优于对照组。期末读图考试成绩实验组(14.63±2.71)分及对照组(13.09±3.45)分,成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组成绩优于对照组。结论在后疫情阶段,超声诊断学见习课堂中应用超声虚拟仿真教学系统效果优于传统见习教学法,见习场所安全性高,值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application value of ultrasonic virtual reality teaching system to probation class of ultrasound diagnostics in post-epidemic stage. Methods The graduate students(n=70) on probation of ultrasound diagnostics in Dongfang Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were divided into test group(applied ultrasonic virtual reality teaching method) and control group(applied traditional probation training method). The teaching effects were verified based on the final exam results of graph-reading test and the final questionnaire on degree of satisfaction. Results The final questionnaire on degree of satisfaction showed that the teaching form was novel, acceptability was high, and teaching content was rich and easy to understand. The learning initiative in probation class was improved, knowledge interestingness was enhanced, and hand-on ability was improved. The comparison showed the difference had statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05), and the degree of satisfaction was superior in test group to that in control group. The final exam results of graph-reading test was(14.63±2.71) scores in test group and(13.09±3.45) scores in control group(P<0.05), and the results was better in test group than those in control group. Conclusion The teaching effect of ultrasonic virtual reality teaching system is superior to that of traditional probation teaching method in probation class of ultrasound diagnostics in post-epidemic stage, and the probation place is safe and worth popularizing.
