【摘要】 自新中国成立以来,我国始终高度重视科学技术的发展。从毛泽东提出向科学进军,到邓小平将科学技术提升为第一生产力,再到习近平将科技创新提升为全面创新的核心,构成了中国化马克思主义科技理论发展的三个阶段。随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革孕育兴起,习近平率先提出"坚持创新在我国现代化建设全局中的核心地位,把科技自立自强作为国家发展的战略支撑",这使科技的理论地位在新时代更加凸显和明确。坚持科技创新在创新中的核心地位,要创新基础科学,突破关键核心技术,以实现科技自立;要发挥新型举国体制,争做科技创新的领跑者,以实现科技自强。科技自立自强成为国家发展的战略支撑,这是综合分析强国目标之后作出的重大决策,是推动高质量发展的题中之意,也是满足人民美好生活需要的必然选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the foundation of New China,China has been putting high premium on the development of science and technology. The sinicization and development for Marxist theory of science and technology consist of three stages: Mao Ze-dong’s initiation of marching toward science; Deng Xiaoping’s proposal of science and technology being the primary productive force; Xi Jinping’s expound of innovation being the primary engine for scientific and technological development. Following the conception and emergence of a new round of scientific revolution and industrial innovation,Xi jinping takes the lead in proposing the pivotal status of innovation in modernization,taking the self-reliance in science and technology as the strategic underpinning for national development in order to define and highlight the theoretical significance of science and technology in the New Era.The pivotal status of scientific innovation relies on the innovation in fundamental sciences,breakthroughs in key technologies and self-reliance; the self-strenthening of science and technology relies on nationwide participation and great efforts in being the leader of scientific innovation. Taking the self-reliance in science and technology as the strategic underpinning for national development aims at promoting high quality development,which is an importance decision made on the basis of constructing a powerful China and an inevitable choice in meeting people’s increasing demand for better life.更多还原
