【Abstract】 The essence of cultural confidence is reflected in terms of cultural-oriented talent training. When cultivating first-class application-oriented talents,it is of great necessity to persist in orientation confidence in training talents and accordingly construct the relevant systems of cultural ideology and politics as follows: Taking Chinese excellent culture as the principal line,construction of talent cultivation system on the basis of traditional cultures targeting at the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; taking the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics as the subject,constructing talent cultivation system on the strength of institutional culture representing system superiority of socialism with Chinese characteristics; taking characteristic culture as the carrier and constructing talent cultivation system on the basis of local cultures reflecting socialist core values.更多还原
