【摘要】 目的:评估腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)患者术后1年的减重效果,探究相关的影响因素。方法:采用前瞻性研究设计,选取2018年3月至2019年5月拟行LSG的患者为研究对象。测量工具包括一般资料问卷和时间洞察力量表-中文版。采用配对t检验、Pearson相关、方差分析对影响术后1年多余体重减少百分比(EWL%)的潜在因素进行分析,多元线性回归分析LSG术后1年EWL%的预测因素。结果:118例患者完成术后随访1年。其中女性70例(59.3%),男性48例(40.7%),平均年龄(29.41±8.30)岁;术前平均BM I 44.66±9.51,术后1年的平均BM I 27.43±5.72;术后1年EWL%平均为(85.08±19.80)%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,术前BMI、医疗费用支付方式以及不同的时间观能显著预测LSG患者术后1年减重效果。结论:减重团队在对LSG患者的管理中,应着重根据患者术前的BM I、费用支付方式和时间观心理因素,制定个性化的治疗方案,帮助患者减重成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effects and explore the significant factors that influence the short-term weight loss after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in obese patients in our hospital.Methods: Based on prospective cohort design, patients with LSG were enrolled from our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019.Measuring tools included general socio-demographic questionnaire and Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory-Chinese, ZTPI-C. We used paired sampled test,Pearson correlation, one-way ANOVA on the general socio-demographic data and different time perspective.The EWL% data of patients after 12 months were analyzed by the multiple linear regression. Results:A total of 118 LSG patients were included in this study after 1 year follow-up,59.3% of patients were female, 40.7% of patients were male, the average age was(29.41±8.30)years old, the average BMI was 44.66±9.51, and the average BMI after 1 year was 27.43±5.72. Besides, the average EWL% after 1 year was(85.08±19.80). In the multiple linear regression model, baseline BMI,the payment method and different time perspectives were used as the dependent variable to predict the success of weight loss at 1 year after LSG. Conclusion: During the management of LSG patients,the weight loss team should focus on formulating personalized treatment plans according to the preoperative BMI, the payment method and time perspectives, so as to promote patients to achieve optimal weight loss.更多还原
