【摘要】 目的:探索单层胰肠吻合在胰十二指肠切除术中的安全性与有效性。方法:回顾性分析沧州市人民医院2016年1月—2019年12月行胰十二指肠切除的96例患者的临床资料,比较单层胰肠吻合与传统胰肠吻合患者的临床资料。结果:单层胰肠吻合40例,传统胰肠吻合56例。2种吻合方式在并发症发生率、术后排气时间及住院时间等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但单层胰肠吻合简单,吻合时间及出血量要少于传统胰肠吻合(P<0.05)。结论:单层胰肠吻合是简单、易行、安全、可靠的胰肠吻合方法,可临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of single layer pancreaticoduodenal anastomosis in pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods: The clinical data of 96 patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy from January 2016 to December 2019 were collected retrospectively in cangzhou people’s hospital, and comparing the clinical data of patients with single layer pancreaticointestinal anastomosis and traditional pancreaticointestinal anastomosis. Results: There were 40 cases of singal layer pancreaticointestinal anastomosis and 56 cases of traditional pancreaticointestinal anastomosis.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications, postoperative exhaust time and length of hospital stay between the two methods(P>0.05), but single layer pancreaticointestinal anastomosis was simple and the anastomosis time and intraoperative blood loss were less than the traditional pancreaticointestinal anastomosis(P<0.05). Conclusion: Single layer pancreaticointestinal anastomosis is a simple, feasible, safe and reliable method for pancreaticointestinal anastomosis.更多还原
