【摘要】 目的观察经皮椎体成形术联合补肾活血汤治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年9月-2020年9月福建省漳州市长泰区医院收治的椎体压缩性骨折患者200例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用联合补肾活血汤治疗。比较2组临床治疗效果,治疗前后2组疼痛情况、生活质量评分。结果观察组优44例、良26例、可24例,治疗有效率为94.0%;对照组优30例、良20例、可29例,治疗有效率为79.0%,观察组高于对照组(χ~2=9.634,P=0.002)。治疗3个月后,观察组前屈后伸痛(1.2±0.7)分、翻身痛(1.3±0.2)分、静息痛(1.9±0.7)分均显著低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组躯体功能(92.2±2.1)分、社会功能(91.8±2.4)分、心理卫生(92.0±2.2)分、情绪角色(92.5±2.5)分均显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论经皮椎体成形术联合补肾活血汤治疗椎体压缩性骨折的效果显著,能有效改善患者临床症状,缓解患者疼痛感,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of vertebral compression fracture. Methods 200 cases of vertebral compression fracture patients admitted to Zhangzhou Changtai District Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group. The control group received percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the pain conditions and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The observation group was excellent in 44 cases,good in 26 cases,and fair in 24 cases,and the treatment effective rate was 94. 0%; In the control group,30 cases were excellent,good in 20 cases,and fair in 29 cases,and the treatment effective rate was 79. 0%.
