【摘要】 目的分析硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔和尼莫地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月—2020年7月福建省立医院收治的妊娠期高血压患者84例为研究对象。采用抽签法将所有患者分为对照组和试验组,各42例。对照组采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔进行治疗,试验组采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔和尼莫地平进行治疗。比较2组临床疗效、妊娠结局指标(包括新生儿窒息、胎儿宫内窘迫、产后出血发生率及剖宫产率)、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、内皮素1(ET-1)。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿窒息、胎儿宫内窘迫、产后出血发生率及剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗后血清SOD高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔和尼莫地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效较好,可改善妊娠结局,并调节患者血清SOD、ET-1水平,且安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol and nimodipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension.Methods From August 2018 to July 2020,84 patients with gestational hypertension in Fujian Provincial Hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by drawing lots,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol,and the experimental group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol and nimodipine tablets.The clinical efficacy,pregnancy outcome(including incidence of neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate),incidence of adverse reactions,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and endothelin-1(ET-1)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress,postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and ET-1 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol and nimodipine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension has good clinical effect,can improve the pregnancy outcome,and regulate SOD,ET-1 levels,and is safe and reliable.更多还原
