【摘要】 目的观察益气维血胶囊联合西药补铁剂琥珀酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年3月北京中医药大学东方医院、北京中医药大学东直门医院收治的缺铁性贫血患者80例为研究对象,以"随机数字表法"分组原则为主,将其分为试验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组单用琥珀酸亚铁片治疗,试验组给予益气维血胶囊联合琥珀酸亚铁片治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后红细胞数量(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清总铁结合力(TIBC)等血液检测指标水平变化,治疗后中医证候总治愈率及治疗期间不良反应(呕吐、腹泻、食欲不振等)发生情况。结果治疗8周,2组均有较好的治疗效果,试验组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(χ~2=4.114,P=0.043);治疗8周后,2组RBC、Hb、SF、TIBC水平较治疗前均有明显改善(P <0.01),且试验组治疗后RBC、Hb、SF、TIBC水平均恢复到正常水平,恢复幅度较对照组更明显(P <0.01);治疗8周,试验组中医证候总有效率为82.50%,高于对照组的52.50%(χ~2=8.205,P=0.004); 2组不良反应发生率经统计学计算,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论益气维血胶囊联合西药补铁剂琥珀酸亚铁片治疗缺铁性贫血临床疗效确切显著,患者的临床症状可快速恢复,不良反应较少,临床应用安全有效,具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Weixue capsule combined with western medicine iron supplementation ferrous succinate tablets in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Methods Selected 80 iron deficiency anemia patients treated in Oriental Hospital and Dongzhimen Hospital,both affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,from January 2019 to March 2020 as the research subjects,based on the grouping principle of "random number table method",and divided them into the experimental group( 40 cases) and the control group( 40 cases). The control group was treated with ferrous succinate tablets alone,and the experimental group was treated with Yiqi Weixue capsule combined with ferrous succinate tablets.
