【摘要】 目的通过品管圈活动降低医师麻醉药品处方不合格率,提高圈员解决问题的能力。方法 2018年5月长治市人民医院药剂科联合医院其他职能部门推行品管圈活动,按照品管圈步骤开展活动,运用鱼骨图、柏拉图、雷达图等解决问题。比较活动前(2018年5月1日-6月30日)、活动后(2018年9月1日-10月31日)麻醉药品处方不合格率。结果医师麻醉药品处方不合格率由活动前的1.69%降为活动后的0.37%。结论药剂科开展品管圈活动可降低麻醉药品处方不合格率,促进医院麻醉药品的合理使用,保障患者用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reduce the unqualified rate of physicians’ prescriptions of narcotic drugs through the activities of the quality control circle,and improve the ability of the circle members to solve problems. Methods In May2018,department of pharmacy and other functional departments of Changzhi People’ s Hospital implemented quality control circle activities,carried out activities in accordance with the steps of the quality control circle,and used fishbone diagrams,plato charts,and radar charts to solve problems. The unqualified rate of narcotic drug prescriptions before the event( May 1 st to June 30 th,2018) and after the event( September 1 st to October 31 st,2018) were compared. Results The unqualified rate of physicians’ prescriptions of narcotic drugs decreased from 1. 69%( before the event) to 0. 37%( after the event).Conclusion Carrying out the quality control circle in department of pharmacy can reduce the unqualified rate of narcotic drugs prescription,promote rational use of narcotic drugs in hospital and ensure the medication safety.更多还原
