富锗金针菇菌丝体对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠抗衰老作用研究

【摘要】 以D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠为研究对象,研究了富锗金针菇菌丝体对不同组别实验小鼠血清、肝脏、心脏和脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.实验结果表明:富锗金针菇菌丝体可显著提高衰老模型小鼠肝脏、脑、心脏和血清中的GSH-Px、SOD和T-AOC活性(P<0.01),并显著降低MDA含量(P<0.01).不同剂量的富锗金针菇菌丝体对GSH-Px、SOD、T-AOC活性和MDA含量的作用效果不同,并有剂量效应关系.富锗金针菇菌丝体可以防止自由基对小鼠肝脏、脑、心脏产生的衰老.

【Abstract】 The effects of germane-rich Flammulina velutipes mycelium on the contents of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum, liver, heart and brain of different groups of mice were studied in aging model mice induced by D-galactose.The experimental results showed that germanic-rich F.veluina mycelium could significantly increase the activities of GSH-Px, SOD and T-AOC in liver, brain, heart and serum of aging model mice(P<0.01),and significantly reduce the content of MDA(P<0.01).Different doses of germanium rich F.velutipes mycelium have different effects on increasing the activities of GSH-Px, SOD,T-AOC and reducing the content of MDA in liver, heart, brain and serum of mice with dose-effect relationship.Germanium rich Flammulina velutipes mycelium can prevent the aging effect of free radicals on the liver, brain and heart of the mice.This study provides a theoretical basis for further research and development of germanic-rich F.velutipes products with anti-aging ability.
