【摘要】 目的:探讨四子散罨包穴位热熨对脊柱手术患者降低低体温发生率及麻醉恢复效果的作用。方法:将本院收治的82例脊柱手术患者随机分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用手术室常规保暖方法,观察组采用四子散罨包热熨双肩井穴和双涌泉穴,观察和比较两组手术过程中低体温发生率及麻醉恢复效果。结果:对照组体温在术中30 min、60 min和术后均明显低于术前(P<0.05),术中低体温发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组体温在术中30 min、60 min和术后均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后12h、24 h和36 h腹胀评分依次降低(P<0.05),观察组3个时段腹胀评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组术后12 h、24 h和36 h排气评分依次降低(P<0.05),观察组术后3个时段排气评分降低比对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:四子散热熨疗法对脊柱手术患者可以有效降低术中低体温风险,促进麻醉快速恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the actions of acupoint hot compression with the Sizisan （四子散） pack in reduced the incidences of hypothermia and the effects of anesthesia recovery for the patients of spinal surgery. Methods:The 82 patients of spinal surgery for the treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups at random. The each group was 41 cases. The control group was used to the conventional warm methods of operating room. The observation group was used to the hot compression with the Sizisan pack in two shoulder well points and two yongquan points of patient. The incidences of hypothermia and the effects of anesthesia recovery in the surgical procedure were observed and compared between patients of two groups. Results:The temperature of patients for the control group in the 30 min,60 min of operating and after operation was low to the before operation(P<0.05)and the incidences of hypothermia in operating for the control group apparently was high to the observation group(P<0.05). The temperature of patients for the observation group in the 30 min,60 min of operating and after operation all was high to the control group(P<0.05). The abdominal distension scores of 12 h,24 h and 36 h after operation were decreased in turn for patients of two groups(P<0.05). The abdominal distension scores of 3 time period after operation for the observation group were low to the control group(P<0.05). The aerofluxus scores of 12 h,24 h and 36 h after operation were decreased in turn for patients of control group(P<0.05). The aerofluxus scores of 3 time period after operation for the observation group were more obviously low to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions:The therapy for the Sizisan hot compression can effectively decrease the danger of hypothermia in operating and promote the swift recovery from anesthesia for the spinal surgery patients.更多还原
