【摘要】 目的:观察贴棉灸治疗牛皮癣的临床疗效。方法:将124例患者,依据随机的原则,分为治疗组和对照组,每组62例。治疗组先用梅花针中度叩刺病变皮损,然后用贴棉灸灸治;对照组采用常规中效激素类药物去炎松外敷治疗,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计结果。结果:治疗组62例中,痊愈44例(71.0%)、显效9例(14.5%)、有效8例(12.9%)、无效1例(1.6%),总有效率98.4%(61/62);对照组62例,痊愈28例(45.2%)、显效8例(12.9%)、有效16例(25.8%)、无效10例(16.1%),总有效率83.9%(52/62)。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用贴棉灸治疗牛皮癣,疗效显著,操作简单,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tie-mian moxibution on psoriasis. Methods A total of 124 patients,according to the principle of random,were divided into treatment group and control group,each group is 62 cases. The Treatment group was treated by tie-mian moxibution after moderate rapping by meihua needle,the control group was treated by conventional hormonal drugs to inflammation in the topical treatment,4 weeks treatment is a course. Results:In the treatment group of 62 cases,cure occured in 44 cases(71.0%),excellent in 9 cases(14.5%)and improvement in 8 cases(12.9%),ineffectness in 1 cases(1.6%),a total efficacy rate of 98.4%(61/62). In the control group of 62 cases,cure occured in 28 cases(45.2%),excellent in 8 cases(12.9%)and improvement in 16 cases(25.8%),ineffectness in 10 cases(16.1%),a total efficacy rate of 83.9%(52/62). The effect of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:the treatment of psoriasis with tie-mian moxibution has high efficacy rate in treating psoriasis and it is simple to operation,so this special method deserved to popularized.更多还原
