【摘要】 目的:观察甘草泻心汤合封髓丹联合外用锡类散治疗湿热型复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将68例湿热型复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组,即研究组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组进行常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上外用锡类散治疗,加用甘草泻心汤合封髓丹,1剂/d,口服。两组均以7 d为1个疗程,持续服用2个疗程。结果:研究组临床总有效率(91.18%,31/34)显著优于对照组(70.59%,24/34),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后1个月、3个月内口腔溃疡复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘草泻心汤合封髓丹联合外用锡类散治疗湿热型复发性口腔溃疡的疗效显著,值得在临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Gancao Xiexin decoction combined with Fengsui Dan combined with topical Xilei powder in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers of damp-heat type. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with recurrent oral ulcers were divided into two groups,the study group(34 cases) and the control group(34 cases),and the study group received Xilei powder externally based on the treatment of the control group. Add Gancao Xiexin decoction and Fengsui Dan,1 dose/d,orally. Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment and continued to take 2 courses. Results:After treatment,the clinical total effective rate(91.18%,31/34) of the study group was significantly better than that(70.59%,24/34). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of oral ulcers within one month or three months was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Gancao Xiexin decoction and Fengsui Dan combined with topical Xilei powder is effective in treating recurrent oral ulcers of damp-heat type and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
