【摘要】 农户农业资源管理关系国家农业发展,在中国乡村振兴中发挥关键作用。通过文献分析法和比较分析法,结合农户农业资源实地调查情况,对美国农户农业资源管理情况进行梳理分析,并分析了当前中国农户的农业资源管理能力。结果显示,中国农户农业资源管理存在不够专业、农户文化水平较低、农户老龄化严重、农户缺乏对农业资源的科学认识、农户对农业机械利用低、国家政策给予农户农业资源管理支持力度弱等问题。因此,要汲取美国的农户农业资源管理经验,提升农户对农业资源管理的正确认识,帮助农户正确管理和利用农业资源;培育新型职业农民,吸引广大年轻人,优化农户年龄结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of farmers’ agricultural resources is related to the national agricultural development and plays a key role in the rural revitalization of China. Through the literature analysis and comparative analysis, combined with the field investigation of farmers’ agricultural resources, the management of agricultural resources in the United States was combed and analyzed, and the agricultural resources management of farmers in China was analyzed. The results showed that agricultural resources management of farmers in China is not professional enough, the level of farmers’ culture is low, the farmers’ aging is serious, the scientific understanding of agricultural resources of farmers is lack, the utilization of farmers’ agricultural machinery is low and the support for farmers’ agricultural resources management given by the government is weak. Therefore, it is necessary to learn from the agricultural resource management experience of farmers in the United States, improve farmers’ correct understanding of agricultural resources management, and help farmers to manage and use agricultural resources correctly; to cultivate new professional farmers, attract the majority of young people and optimize the age structure of farmers.更多还原
