【摘要】 建立一种液相色谱通用方法分析环氧虫啶原药和可湿性粉剂。采用C₁₈色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈和醋酸铵缓冲液为流动相,在340 nm对原药和可湿性粉剂中环氧虫啶进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。试验结果表明环氧虫啶的保留时间为4.6 min,线性相关系数为1.000 0,原药和可湿性粉剂变异系数分别为0.363 7%和0.556 5%,原药平均回收率为99.06%。该方法结果准确、操作便捷,可用于环氧虫啶原药及其可湿性粉剂等的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 A general HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of cycloxaprid TC and WP. The active ingredient of cycloxaprid TC（WP） was separated and analyzed quantitatively on C₁₈ column and UV detector at 340 nm,using ACN and ammonium acetate buffer as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC. The retention time of cycloxaprid was 4.6 min, the linear correlation coefficient was 1.000 0, the variation coefficient of TC and WP were 0.363 7% and 0.556 5% respectively, the average recovery of TC was 99.06%. The method is accurate and easy to operate, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of cycloxaprid TC and WP.更多还原
