6种杀菌剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病的生长抑制活性及田间防效

【摘要】 为了筛选出可用于防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的有效药剂,并为该病害的防治提供技术支持,采用平板生长量-浊度法测定6种杀菌剂对黄瓜细菌性角斑病病原菌的生长抑制活性,并开展其田间药效评价。结果表明,6种杀菌剂中,以2%春雷霉素SL和3%噻霉酮WG的活性最高,EC50分别为8.39mg/L和13.9mg/L;其次是40%春雷·噻唑锌SC,EC50为26.93mg/L;随后是20%噻唑锌SC、46%氢氧化铜WG、20%噻菌铜SC,EC50分别为60.74、73.35、108.86 mg/L。田间药后7 d,40%春雷·噻唑锌SC 800倍液防效最好,为89.26%,极显著优于其他处理(74%~83%);药后14 d,40%春雷·噻唑锌SC 800倍的防效最高,为80.89%,显著优于其他处理(67%~74%)。40%春雷·噻唑锌SC是防治黄瓜细菌性角斑病的理想药剂。

【Abstract】 In order to screen out effective bactericides and provide control technology of cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot, in vitro activities of 6 fungicides against the disease were determined by flat growth-turbidity determination method, and their field efficacy was also compared. The results showed that kasugamycin 2% SL and benziothiazolinone 3% WG had the highest in vitro activities against cucumber bacterial angular leaf sopt, with EC50 values of 8.39 and 13.9 mg/L; kasugamycin ·zinc thiazole 40% SC also had the good in vitro activity with EC50 value of 26.93 mg/L followed by zinc thiazole 20% SC, Cu(OH)2 46% WG and thiodiazole copper 20% SC with EC50 values of 60.74, 73.35, 108.86 mg/L, respectively. The field control trials examined on the 7 th day after the 3 rd spray indicated that kasugamycin·zinc thiazole 40% SC diluted 800 times had the highest efficacy(89.26%), which was significant superior to other treatments, with efficacies of 74%-83%. Kasugamycin·zinc thiazole 40% SC diluted 800 times also showed the highest efficacy(80.89%) on the 14 th day after the 3 rd spray, significant better than other treatments with efficacies of 67%-74%. In summary, kasugamycin·zinc thiazole 40% SC exhibited excellent field efficacy to control cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot.
