【摘要】 R2R3-MYB转录因子在一系列植物生物学过程中起着至关重要的调节作用,参与了果蔬的生长发育、初生和次生代谢物质的合成以及激素信号传导,而R2R3-MYB转录因子被研究者作为靶标,能推动果蔬新消费品质的创建和果蔬产业发展。本文总结了R2R3-MYB转录因子家族成员的基因结构特点,探讨了其在果蔬苯丙烷类代谢物质形成过程中的调控作用,并对其分子调控机制研究进展进行了概述,建议了未来的研究方向。

【Abstract】 R2R3-MYB transcription factors play a crucial regulatory role in a series of plant biological processes, and is involved in the growth and development, synthesis of primary and secondary metabolites,and hormone signaling of fruit and vegetable plants. R2R3-MYB transcription factors are targeted by researchers, which can promote the creation of new consumer products and the development of the fruit and vegetable industry. This review summarized the gene structure characteristics of R2R3-MYB transcription factor family members, and discussed their regulatory roles in the formation of fruit and vegetable qualities,and their molecular regulatory mechanisms were described, in which the directions to future research were suggested.
