【摘要】 目的了解宁夏精神专科医院感染发生的特点及影响因素,旨在为精神专科医院临床感控与预防措施提供参考依据。方法选取出院病历3394份,对医院感染的精神障碍患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果选取的3394例精神障碍患者中发生医院感染389例,感染率11.46%,主要感染部位为呼吸道(74.04%),其次为胃肠道(9.77%);389例精神障碍患者住院期间发生2次及以上反复感染占23.40%。结论宁夏精神专科医院院内感染率较高,应提高精神专科医院感染管理与控制能力及医院感染规范化诊治水平,民营精神专科医院抗菌药物合理使用管理亟待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristics and influencing factors of nosocomial infection in Ningxia psychiatric hospitals in order to provide reference for clinical infection control and preventive measures in psychiatric hospitals.Methods 3,394 patients were selected during Jan 2019 to Dec 2019 from the psychiatric hospitals in Ningxia. The data of psychiatric patients with nosocomial infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results among 3394 patients with mental disorders, 389 cases had nosocomial infection, the incidence rate was 11.46%,and the main infection site was respiratory(74.04%),the second infection site was gastrointestinal tract(9.77%),The rate of second or more repeated infection during hospitalization was 23.40%.Conclusions The rate of nosocomial infection was high in Ningxia psychiatric hospitals. We should improve the infection management and control ability of psychiatric hospitals and the standard of diagnosis and treatment for nosocomial infections. It is urgent to strengthen the using of antibacterial drugs in private psychiatric hospitals.更多还原
