Wnt信号通路在卵泡发育中的调控研究
Regulation of Wnt Signaling Pathway in Follicular Development
【摘要】 卵巢是维系女性生育的重要器官,主要功能是产生卵子,完成人类繁殖的任务.卵泡作为卵母细胞发生和发育的基本功能单位,控制着雌性哺乳动物所有的生殖活动.近几年的研究显示,Wnt信号通路在调节卵巢卵泡发育和类固醇生成等方面发挥重要作用,在卵巢早衰、卵巢癌等女性生殖疾病中起到重要调控作用.就Wnt信号通路对卵泡发育的影响及其作用机制做详细综述.
【Abstract】 The ovaries are an important organ for sustaining female fertility and their main function is to produce eggs to perform the task of human reproduction.As the basic functional unit of oogenesis and development, follicle is undertaking the task of reproductive activities of female mammals. In recent years, studies have shown that the Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in regulating ovarian follicle development and steroidogenesis, and plays an important regulatory role in female reproductive diseases such as premature ovarian failure and ovarian cancer. The article elaborates the effects and mechanisms of Wnt signaling pathway on follicular development.
