【摘要】 我国体育改革面临的重要任务之一就是体育社团实体化改革。运用访谈、实物收集等研究方法,采用个案研究的策略,试图通过描述省级体育社团实体化全景,动态展示其实体化困境,并据此提出合作路径。研究发现,政府和省级体育社团之间存在价值目标、行为方式和基本利益等方面的冲突。政府和省级体育社团都应重塑理念,达成价值共识;协调资源,达成利益共识;合作行动,达成发展共识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The important task of sports reform is the physical reform of sports associations at present.Using the research methods of interview,material collection and case study,this paper attempts to dynamically show its materialization dilemma by describing the materialization panorama of provincial sports associations,and puts forward the path of cooperation.It is found that there are conflicts between the government and provincial sports associations in terms of value objectives,behavior patterns and basic interests.The government and provincial sports associations should reshape the concept and reach a value consensus,coordinate resources to reach a consensus of interests,cooperative action and consensus on development.更多还原
