【摘要】 江苏省作为体育社团实体化改革的先行者,尽管改革取得了一定的成效,但由于历史原因,对地方单项体育协会的改革缺乏系统研究和顶层设计,其自身能力与当前经济社会快速发展和群众体育需求仍不相适应。目前仍存在单项协会自治能力不足,内部管理体制不完善;难以踩准改革节奏,人员结构不合理;造血能力不足,财务制度不健全等问题。亟须完善体育社团实体化运行的规范治理,加强协会自治,建立完善的内部规章制度;优化人员结构,提高专业化服务水平;拓宽资金来源,增强筹资和市场开发能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jiangsu Province,as the forerunner of the reform of sports association entity,although the reform has achieved certain results,due to historical reasons,there is a lack of systematic research and top-level design on the reform of local single sports association,and its own ability still does not adapt to the current rapid economic and social development and mass sports needs. At present,there are still some problems,such as the lack of autonomy of individual associations and the imperfection of internal management system;it is difficult to step on the pace of reform and the personnel structure is unreasonable;the financial system is not perfect. It is urgent to improve the standard governance of the physical operation of sports associations,strengthen the autonomy of associations,and establish perfect internal rules and regulations;optimize personnel structure and improve professional service level.
