《机械设计》课程资源建设与混合教学模式探索

【摘要】 《机械设计》课程是机械设计制造及其自动化和农业建筑环境与能源工程等各本科专业必修的一门工程专业核心基础课,集中介绍机器运动学和动力学的基础知识,阐述机械传动和轴类零部件,简明扼要的分析通用零件和常用机构的工作原理及校核标准。《机械设计》课程具有非常强的设计理论性、实践性和概念性,能够解决机械工程及相关领域遇到的技术和管理问题,具备分析问题的能力。通过优化课程资源建设,探索出基于案例式分析的线上学习、课堂讨论相结合的混合教学模式,并实现课堂教学的方法学习与实验课程的原理方法验证有机结合。通过混合教学模式的探索,尝试利用先进的信息化技术手段融入到教学中,以生动形象的教学手段,数字教学资源平台激发学生学习兴趣,引导学生自主学习,并通过线上/线下的研讨,加强学生的工程应用分析问题能力训练,提升学生的工程思维能力。
【Abstract】 The course "Mechanical Design" is a compulsory engineering core basic course for undergraduate majors such as mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, agricultural building environment and energy engineering. It focuses on the basic knowledge of machine kinematics and dynamics, and explains mechanical transmission and shafts. Parts, concise and concise analysis of the working principles and calibration standards of common parts and common institutions. This course has a very strong design theory, practicality and conceptuality, can solve technical and management problems encountered in mechanical engineering and related fields, and has the ability to analyze problems. By optimizing the construction of curriculum resources, a hybrid teaching model based on case analysis combining online learning and classroom discussion is explored, and the method of classroom teaching is organically combined with the principle and method verification of experimental courses. Through the exploration of mixed teaching mode, teachers try to use advanced information technology to integrate into teaching. Teachers use vivid teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning through digital teaching resource platforms. Students learn independently, and through online/offline seminars, strengthen students’ ability to analyze problems in engineering applications and improve their engineering thinking ability.
