【Abstract】 This paper combines the course of setting up, changing and developing undergraduate specialty in colleges and universities of our country, combs the origin of "vehicle engineering" specialty, the process of change, growth and growth in different periods, and explores the future development trend in combination with the present situation of automobile industry.
