缸套表面分区差异织构的润滑摩擦性能研究

【摘要】 基于某4缸机开展了缸套分区织构的数值模拟计算,确定分区差异织构的设计方案,即在缸套上止点附近区域内加工面积占有率为10%的微凹坑(半径为25μm、深度为8μm),而在行程中部区域加工面积占有率为5%的微凹坑(半径为25μm、深度为8μm);利用摩擦磨损试验机进行缸套-活塞环基础摩擦学测试,验证了缸套分区差异织构的可行性和适用性;采用激光微织构手段加工了4种不同缸套织构方案,开展发动机台架性能试验.倒拖试验结果表明:在缸套上止点区域加工面积占有率为10%凹坑织构,同时在活塞行程中部加工面积占有率为5%凹坑织构的缸套分区差异织构方案,能够降低整机摩擦损失,具有良好的润滑减摩效果.

【Abstract】 A lubrication model of the textured cylinder liner and piston ring(CL-PR)was established on a fourcylinder gasoline engine for investigating the effects of micro-dimple distribution patterns on the tribological performance. The simulation results indicate that texturing the micro-dimples with 10% area ratio near the fired top dead center(TDC)and with 5% area ratio at the middle position of the liner could reduce the friction loss of the CLPR. Then the friction test was conducted on a friction-wear test bench to prove the feasibility and applicability of the partition discriminating textured liner. Finally a set of engine bench tests were carried out for four liner texturing schemes which were processed by laser on the liner surface. The engine test results show that texturing the microdimples with 10% area ratio near the fired TDC and with 5% area ratio at the middle position of the liner can reduce the friction torque,giving positive friction-reducing effects.
