【摘要】 "新经管"战略发展的核心任务在于通过办学理念更新、学科专业结构调整、培养目标、培养方式的改变,培养出新时代新技术新变革背景下,具有适应产业结构调整、发展方式转换所需要的知识、能力、素质结构的经济管理人才。通过在人才培养目标、课程设置、培养方案的具体实施等方面与罗格斯大学金融学专业培养方案进行比较,提出在培养目标课程体系建设以及教学内容和手段等方面对金融学专业培养方案进行优化的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core task of ‘ New Economics and Management’ development strategy that Anhui University of Finance and Economics(AUFE) proposed is to cultivate talents whose knowledge, ability and quality structure can adapt to the industrial structure adjustment and development mode transformation under the background of new technology revolution. This requires the renewal of school philosophy, the adjustment of discipline structure, the change of training objectives and training methods. We compared such as talents training target, curriculum, training plan and specific implementation in financial personnel training programs between AUFE and Rutgers, and puts forward some finance personnel training programs of AUFE optimization suggestions in training goals of curriculum system construction and teaching content and means.更多还原
