缺血性脑梗死再灌注损伤的作用机制的研究进展
The mechanism of reperfusion injury in ischemic cerebral infarction
【摘要】 缺血性脑梗死脑再灌注损伤的发生机制极其复杂,多认为可能与酸中毒、炎症反应、氮化应激、氧化应激、Ca2+超载、细胞凋亡、能量代谢障碍、血脑屏障破坏、线粒体功能障碍、兴奋性氨基酸过度释放等密切相关。为此,本研究在CNKI、Pubmed数据库,检索关于脑梗死再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)损伤机制的文献,以期为后续治疗提供有力参考依据。
【Abstract】 The mechanism of cerebral reperfusion injury in ischemic cerebral infarction is extremely complex.At present,the research has gone deep into the molecular level,and it is believed that it may be closely related to acidosis,inflammatory reaction,nitridation stress,oxidative stress,Ca2+ overload,apoptosis,energy metabolism disorder,blood-brain barrier damage,mitochondrial dysfunction,excitatory amino acid over release,etc.For this reason,this study searched the literature about the injury mechanism of cerebral infarction reperfusion(I/R) through Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),PubMed and other databases at home and abroad,providing a reference for the research and development of therapeutic drugs and clinical treatment in the future.
