【Abstract】 The mechanism of cerebral reperfusion injury in ischemic cerebral infarction is extremely complex.At present,the research has gone deep into the molecular level,and it is believed that it may be closely related to acidosis,inflammatory reaction,nitridation stress,oxidative stress,Ca²⁺ overload,apoptosis,energy metabolism disorder,blood-brain barrier damage,mitochondrial dysfunction,excitatory amino acid over release,etc.For this reason,this study searched the literature about the injury mechanism of cerebral infarction reperfusion（I/R） through Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,PubMed and other databases at home and abroad,providing a reference for the research and development of therapeutic drugs and clinical treatment in the future.更多还原
