婴幼儿病毒型腹泻与肠道微生态关系研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship Between Infantile Viral Diarrhea and Intestinal Microecology
【摘要】 肠道微环境参与人体的营养代谢、机体免疫等正常生理活动,对人体健康有至关重要的作用。本文查阅婴幼儿病毒型腹泻与肠道微生态关系的相关文献和研究进展,总结了婴幼儿病毒型腹泻与肠道微生态之间的相互作用,以及腹泻病毒和肠道菌群变动对婴幼儿神经系统发育的影响。结合目前实验室比较少见的病原微生物宏基因组检测技术(mNGS),对婴幼儿肠道微生态环境种类分布进行探索:提示mNGS技术将成为实验室病原微生物检测的主要方法;探索病毒感染致神经系统症状的溯源和致病机理已成为目前儿科领域重点研究项目.该研究进展总结为临床预防治疗肠道病毒感染,尽早诊断神经系统症状提供可靠依据。
【Abstract】 Intestinal microenvironment is involved in normal physiological activities of human body, such as nutrition metabolism and immunity, and plays a vital role in human health. This paper reviewed the literature and research progress on the relationship between infantile viral diarrhea and intestinal microecology, interaction between infant viral diarrhea and intestinal microecology and the influence of diarrhea virus and intestinal microflora on the development of infant nervous system were summarized. Combining with the metagenomic detection technology(mNGS), which is relatively rare in the laboratory at present, the species distribution of infant intestinal microecological environment was explored, it is suggested that MNGS technology will become the main method for detection of pathogenic microorganisms in laboratory; it has become a key research project in the field of pediatrics to explore the traceability and pathogenesis of the neurological symptoms caused by virus infection. This study provides a reliable basis for clinical prevention and treatment of enterovirus infection and early diagnosis of neurological symptoms.
