【摘要】 目的探讨经外环口途径高位结扎疝囊治疗小儿腹股沟疝疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年01月至2019年12月43例经外环口途径疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床资料。结果 43均顺利完成手术,住院费用(4267.73±937.56)元,术中出血量(4.68±0.60)ml,手术时间(32.74±4.24)min,住院天数(2.8±1.63)d。术后并发阴囊肿胀或血肿6例,医源性隐睾1例,无切口并发症。结论经外环口途径高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝安全可靠,住院费用低、并发症少,值得在基层医院推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility and application of hernia sac high ligation through the outer ring approach.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 43 cases of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia in the treatment of sac high ligation through the outer ring approach.All cases were admitted during Jan 2016 and Dec 2019. Data of operatingtime, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, hospital expenses and postoperative complications between those two groups were analyzed.Results Operations of by sac high ligation through the outer ring approach were completed successfully.The costs were(4 267.73±973.56)yuan.Operatingtime, intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay, and postoperative complications were(32.74±4.24) minutes,(4.68±0.60)ml,(2.80±1.63)day, 7 cases, respectively.No recurrence was found in either of the groups during follow-up period.Conclusion The surgery of sac high ligation through the outer ring approach for indirect Inguinal Hernia is a safe and feasible treatment, worthy of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
