【摘要】 在经济、文化高速发展、社会不断进步的今天,内蒙古东部地区的农牧区基础教育得到了长足发展,但仍存在诸多问题.笔者就内蒙东部农牧区教育现状进行了探析,提出国家、社会、政府、学校、教师、家长等多层面要齐心协力,国家和社会层面要持续提高对农牧区基础教育的重视,增强学校的软硬件建设,改善办学条件.提高教师待遇,设身处地为教师利益着想,解决教师的基本需求.教师要增强责任心和奉献精神.父母的关爱和教育的缺失对孩子成长有影响,需要转变观念.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy and culture and continuous progress of society,the basic education in agricultural and pastoral areas in eastern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made great progress,but there are still many problems. The author makes a brief analysis of the current educational situation in agricultural and pastoral areas in eastern part of Inner Mongolia,and puts forward that the state,society,government,schools,teachers and parents should make concerted efforts,and the state and society should pay more attention to the primary education in these areas,strengthen the hardware and software construction of schools and improve the school running conditions.We should improve teachers’ remuneration and care about their interests to solve their needs. And the teachers should also enhance their sense of responsibility and dedication. At the same time,lack of parental care and education has an impact on children’s growth.
