【摘要】 目的:利用磁共振功能成像技术——ASL,评估额尔敦-乌日勒对缺血性脑卒中的疗效,为临床应用该药提供理论支持.方法:筛选2019年1月—2020年6月收治于内蒙古民族大学附属医院蒙医脑病科且被诊断为急性缺血性脑卒中患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组(额尔敦-乌日勒组)各40例.对照组按照常规治疗缺血性脑卒中的方案治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上给予额尔敦-乌日勒治疗.在治疗前和治疗后,采集所选患者相关图像,统计两组患者治疗前后患侧和病灶镜像区灌注参数变化情况并进行对比.结果:治疗前后对照组和治疗组患侧rCBF分别增加(10.825±2.089)、(19.334±5.693),对比发现,所得结果差异明显,P<0.05;对照组和治疗组健侧rCBF分别增加(1.027±2.131)、(7.120±3.679),对比发现,所得结果差异明显,P<0.05.结论:额尔敦-乌日勒对缺血区低灌注有明显改善作用,该药可以提高患者的治疗效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Erdun wurile in the treatment of ischemic stroke by functional magnetic resonance arterial spin labeling(ASL),and to provide theoretical support for clinical application of this drug. Methods:Eighty patients who were diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke in the Department of Mongolian Medicine Encephalopathy of Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from January 2019 to June2020 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group(Erdun wurile group),forty cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment regimen for ischemic stroke. The treatment group was given Erdun wurile in addition to conventional treatment. The relevant images of patients were collected before and after treatment. The changes of perfusion parameters of affected side and mirror area of the lesions in the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the r CBF of affected side in the control group and treatment group increased(10.825±2.089)and(19.334±5.693)respectively after treatment,there were significantly different(P<0.05);the rCBF of healthy side in the control group and treatment group increased(1.027±2.131)and(7.120±3.679)respectively,there were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion:Erdun wurile can significantly improve the low perfusion in ischemic area,and the drug can improve patients’ therapeutic effect.更多还原
