【摘要】 分析互助式新型养老模式对老年人养老服务质量满意度的影响,破解当今农村地区养老服务质量提升困局,为建构完善互助式养老新机制提供实证依据。本文以内蒙古W市6个村庄老年人的生活照料、文化娱乐、精神慰藉及医疗护理服务质量满意度作为回归变量,建立有序多元Logistic回归模型。结果显示,互助式养老模式对农村养老服务质量发挥着明显政策功能优势(P<0.05)。建议提高互助式养老政策支持力度、关怀多样化休闲文化需求满足、实施差别化生活照料与医疗护理,使其惠及更多农村牧区百姓。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the influence of the new mutual aid pension model on the satisfaction of the elderly pension service quality, solves the dilemma of improving the quality of pension service in rural areas, and provides empirical evidence for the construction and improvement of the new mutual aid pension mechanism. In this paper, the life care, cultural entertainment, spiritual comfort and medical care service quality satisfaction of the elderly in six villages of W city in Inner Mongolia were used as regression variables to establish an ordered multivariate Logistic regression model. The results show that the mutual-aid pension model has obvious policy function advantage on the quality of rural pension service(P<0.05). It is suggested to improve the support of mutual pension policy, meet the needs of diversified leisure culture, and implement differentiated life care and medical care to benefit more people in rural and pastoral areas.更多还原
