【摘要】 针对高校教师职业行为评价指标权重难以确定的问题,采用基于偏序集的多准则决策方法,综合不同评价者的偏好序,计算对应的评价结果,再集结所有评价者的排序结果,计算出被评价者的层级分值,进而得出最终的评价结果。评价结果涵盖了所有评价者的评价信息,准确性高,为高校开展教师职业行为评价工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that the weight of the index is difficult to determine the weight of college teachers’ professional behavior evaluation indicators, the multi criteria decision method based on partial sequence set is adopted to synthesize the preference order of different evaluators, calculate the corresponding evaluation results, and then aggregate the ranking results of all evaluators,calculate the hierarchical score of the evaluated, and then obtain the final evaluation results. The evaluation results cover all the evaluators’ evaluation information and they are more accurate and more acceptable, which provides reference for evaluating teachers’ professional colleges and universities.更多还原
