【摘要】 人才是发展的核心资源,不论是哪种行业,都要关注人才培养与队伍建设,只有保障人才充足,才能推动相关工作的进一步发展。农业是立国之本,在农业转型发展背景下,国家对于农业科研工作的关注日益增强。农业科研单位也要关注人才培养工作。文章立足于此,阐述了人才培养对农业科研单位的积极意义,分析了当前人才培养中存在的不足,并从减少人才流失、优化人才队伍结构、构建人才培养长效机制等方面提出了相应的改善策略,以期为农业科研单位人力资源工作提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Talent is the core resource of development. No matter what industry, we need to pay attention to talent training and team building.Only sufficient talents ensured, the progress and development of related work promoted. As the foundation of the country, under the background of agricultural transformation and development, more and more attention has been paid to agricultural scientific research. As an agricultural scientific research institution, it is necessary to pay attention to the work of personnel training. Based on this, the positive significance of talent training for agricultural scientific research units was expounded at first, then the deficiencies existing in the current talent training analyzed, and finally the corresponding improvement strategies put forward from aspects of reduction of talents loss,optimization of personnel structure and constructing long term mechanism of talents training.
