【Abstract】 Henan Province is located in the natural disaster-prone area. On the basis of summing up the characteristics of the main agricultural natural disasters and the situations of disaster reduction and resistance, a deep thinking on the construction of disaster reduction and resistance system was made in the paper, which deeply analyzes the present problems about the reduction and resistance of agricultural natural disasters in Henan Province. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, which contain the establishment of agricultural natural disaster early warning mechanism based on the big data platform, improving the emergency response and disposal capacity of agricultural natural disasters, strengthening the construction of agricultural disaster reduction and anti disaster infrastructure, and promoting the supply side structural reform of agricultural insurance.更多还原
