【Abstract】 The ability to strive for scientific research projects is an important index to measure the scientific and technological innovation capacity of scientific research institutions. Through the analysis of the scientific research projects and funds approved of Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences from 2011 to 2020, and the scientific research projects and funds received in various research fields, the authors discussed main problems existing in the current scientific and technological projects and scientific research funds of agricultural scientific research institutions, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the capacity of scientific and technological innovation, such as doing well the top-level design, optimizing the talent team and perfecting the performance management.更多还原
