【摘要】 文章以河北省农林科学院昌黎果树研究所为例,从党建与科研的关系入手,针对农业科研院所基层党建工作中存在的理论学习不够深入、党建活动模式单一和党务工作缺乏激励机制等问题,提出了党建与科技创新融合发展、党建与科技服务融合发展、党建与科技人才融合发展的"三融合"途径,以及实施党建创新项目、实施"1+N"支部结对共建、开展"党建+"工作、开展"主题交叉"活动的"四融合"模式,以促进省级农业科研院所党建与科研深度融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Changli Fruit Tree Research Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example, and starting from the relationship between party building and scientific research, problems in party work of agricultural research institutes were analyzed in the paper, such as insufficient theoretical study, single party building activity mode and lack of incentive mechanism. The "three integration" approach were put forward, i.e., integration of party building with scientific innovation, integration of party building with scientific service, and integration of party building with scientific talents. In order to promote the deep integration of party building and scientific research in provincial academy of agricultural sciences, "four integration" model to strengthen the deep integration of party building and scientific research in provincial academy of agricultural sciences were put forward, i.e., implementing party building innovation projects, implementing "1+N" branches′ joint construction, carrying out "party building +" working mode and carrying out "theme crossing" activities.更多还原
