【Abstract】 The main subject of research in this article is the Chinese animated film? Nine-Color Deer? and the Buddhist fresco from Dunhuang? Jataki about King Deer?.The article studies the content,as well as sources of text and images of the animated film,the relationship between all its elements and the Buddhist fresco in Dunhuang.By studying the deer symbol in Buddhist fre scoes and the role of its hidden spiritual meaning in the general value system,we determined that the Buddhist "Metta" is one of the key problems for several generations of Chinese filmmakers.It touches upon the process of establishing national value criteria for aesthetic perception,the formation of feelings of national self-identification,and a number of other mental aspects of the spiritual world.更多还原
