【摘要】 推动绿色会展建设是践行"绿水青山就是金山银山"发展理念的重要行动,而构建绿色会展评价指标体系,是把握会展产业绿色化发展水平,进而推动绿色会展建设的基本前提.基于绿色会展的内涵,构建了一套包括三个层次28个基础指标的绿色会展评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法确定了指标权重,并利用综合评价函数进行了数据分析.结果表明:在绿色会展评价指标体系中可以提取出展会活动管理、绿色场馆运营、环保运营组织、设施服务控制和成本效益管理五个主成分;当会展活动的评价指数达1.64时,可以认为达到了绿色会展标准.科学构建绿色会展评价指标体系,不仅可以为相关部门的产业引导和监管提供理论依据,也有利于会展业的绿色发展.更多还原

【Abstract】 To push forward the development of green exhibitions is an important action to implement the development concept of"Green mountains and clear water are an invaluable fortune like mountains full of gold and silver".The construction of green exhibition evaluation index system is the basic premise for the mastery of green development of exhibition industry and will thus promote the construction of green exhibition.Based on the connotation of green exhibition,a set of evaluation index system of green exhibition,which consists three of levels and 28 basic indices.Was constructed.The index weight is determined by principal component analysis,and the data analysis is done through comprehensive evaluation function.The results show that five principal components of exhibition activity management,green venue operation,environmental protection operation organization,facility service control and cost-benefit management can be extracted from the green exhibition evaluation index system.Moreover,when the evaluation index of exhibition activities reaches 1.64,the standard of green exhibition can be considered to be accomplished.Scientific construction of green exhibition evaluation index system can not only provide theoretical basis for industrial guidance and supervision of relevant departments,but also benefit the green development of exhibition industry.更多还原
